The deadline for submitting artistic proposals to participate in Fira B! 2026 is from January 23 to February 28, 2026 , at 11:59 p.m., through the form.
The 2026 edition of Fira B! Music will take place between September 30 and October 3, 2026, in Palma.
Companies or professionals who have performed at least 3 times in professional environments outside their place of origin since January 2024 can apply. In the case of the Balearic Islands, the peformances must have been outside the island of residence. Shows already programmed in previous editions of Fira B! cannot apply. Priority will be given to artists who have not participated before.
The proposals that can be submitted include all the disciplines of performing arts (theatre, dance, circus, street, objects, puppets, new languages, performance, etc.). The shows must have already been produced and they must have potential for external projection.
A description and CV must be submitted in one of the three working languages of Fira B! (Catalan, Spanish and English), photographs, video recordings (at least one live) and an explanatory dossier.
All the artists presented in the programme authorise photographs and video recordings of their performances at Fira B! for dissemination purposes, both in the media and social networks, as well as for archivalpurposes. Theatre companies that use text will provide subtitles or explanatory material in other languages (preferably in Spanish and, if possible, English) for professionals who require it, at least one monthbefore the performance date.
The companies that are in the official program will receive financial compensation corresponding to a percentage of the artistic fee of the show that will be negotiated with the coordination of Fira B!
In addition to this, for those artists who need to travel to Mallorca and who do not have financial support from an institution, travel expenses will be reimbursed (up to a maximum of €60 per person to travel between the Balearic islands, €150 per person to travel from mainland Spain, €350 per person to travel from Europe) and one night's accommodation (or in exceptional cases, two). Where applicable, cargo costs may be charged up to a maximum agreed by the organisers.
To receive payment, an invoice must be presented where the corresponding withholdings and taxes will be applied.
The organization of Fira B! will contact the selected companies throughout the second quarter of the year (between April and June 2026).

The 2026 edition of Fira B! Music will take place on 4, 5, 6 and 7 November 2026, in Palma. The performances are in a 30-minute showcase format, so that professionals, bookers, agents, etc. can see as many proposals as possible.
Musical projects that are natural and/or reside in a European country may present their artistic proposal;The artists/bands must release or have released a new album or EP between January 1, 2025, and December 31, 2026*; and have played at least five live concerts since January 1, 2025.
All musical genres (pop, rock, jazz, electronica, etc.) are eligible, except classical and contemporary music. Artists/bands must have the capacity to tour and develop other promotional events.
Showcases must necessarily include original music.Proposals with the same repertoire that has been performed in any previous edition of Fira B! will be excluded.
*In the event that the recording has not been published during the application period, proposals are eligibleif the date of publication of the new material is in accordance with the aforementioned dates.
