Five previously unpublished Mallorcan entremesos are the basis of this show. The Mallorcan entremesos represent a very important revelation due above all to their connection with European works. This makes us think that if there had been other historical and linguistic conditions, perhaps our theatre would have come much further.

Iguana Teatre is a production and distribution company founded at the end of 1985. Its main objective is to create shows aimed at a mainstream audience, always with the perspective of offering quality theatre in which different artistic manifestations converge, recovering its own and universal classics with a modern conception, as well as the continuous research of new theatrical lines.
Iguana Teatre has more than 35 years of history and 47 shows, ranging from classical authors such as Shakespeare, Chekhov, Molière or Wilde, to street theatre, without forgetting its own creations (collective or by the director Pere Fullana).
A characteristic feature of Iguana Teatre is, in the words of Damià Pons, professor and lecturer of contemporary Catalan literature at the UIB: a tense and dense lyricism, in the well-finished details, in the ability to know how to incite the audience to guess under the skin of each play a voice that speaks to them from deep inside.
The company is a limited company made up of three partners: Jordi Banal, Pere Fullana and Carles Molinet.
