It is a choreographic project focused on the investigation of contemporary masculinity, built from the meeting of six men of very different ages and trajectories, some of them outside the professional dance circuit. The piece proposes a critical but not pamphleteering look, bringing into play real experiences, vulnerabilities and bodies marked by time.
Initially, Los Muchísimos – Je m’appelle Jordi emerged as a meeting space between six men between 49 and 69 years old with diverse backgrounds in dance and the performing arts. The piece was born from shared questions about contemporary masculinity and the need to review what time has inscribed in their bodies: experiences, fears and silences that become stage material.
