En Continuo is the second album by the Madrid-born flutist and clarinetist Carmen Vela, awarded by Plataforma Jazz España as Emerging Jazz Artist of 2025. An album full of strength and relevance, with nods to flamenco, swing, and more classic Latin rhythms, which, through jazzy harmonies, tells cosmopolitan stories full of light. Urban music that perfectly blends with the quartet along with piano, double bass, and drums.
