How do we live knowing that one day we will no longer be alive? A total eclipse as a metaphor, as an anticipation, as a rehearsal of an insurmountable destiny: the end of our days. Pont Flotante once again entangles itself in the threads of memory to question how we manage, how we react, how we educate, how we prepare ourselves for an inevitable and irreversible event such as death.

It was founded in 2000 with a clear desire for research and stage experimentation. Their pieces are the result of long processes of research and collective creation and are characterised by the mixture of reality and fiction, the use of different languages, the physical work of the performer, the intimate relationship with the spectator and the inclusion of their social environment within the process of research, creation and exhibition of their works.
As a collective, they have collaborated as advisors in dramaturgy with companies such as Organik Dantza (Basque Country), EnÁmbar Danza (Valencia) and Lola Boreal (Valencia), among others.
